Our Journey
FXI was founded on the idea of combining two perspectives: capital and technology. Our journey began in asset management, where we developed proprietary AI models for FX trading through the Genova FX platform. This gave us a unique position at the intersection of finance and technology, where AI is used to analyze risk, identify patterns, and create new opportunities for investors.
Today, we also provide fund solutions for institutional and professional investors – diversified strategies tailored to different risk profiles, built on international frameworks and Nordic quality. This combination ensures both stability and scalability in long-term asset management.
Through our subsidiary Villand Capital, we have expanded our operations from asset management to corporate finance advisory, hybrid financing, and integrated solutions for growth companies. We have developed a model that ties together what is often missing during the growth phase: access to capital, structured processes, strategic guidance, and technological tools.
